Villa Sunset Beach - Gili Trawangan

Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, yoga classes, and beach access! The staff once helped me find a jewel I lost, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend trying the smoothie bowls at the juice bar. I'm coming back for sure!

The villa was fabulous, with a well-stocked kitchen that offered complimentary tea and coffee. Access to the beach was easy, and the snorkeling right in front of the villa was just very nice! The yoga classes led by Yoga were a fantastic addition to our stay.

The vibrant garden with tropical flowers added an extra touch of magic. Plus, the yoga classes in the treehouse studio were a fantastic way to unwind.

It was just an optimal selection for a rapid stop in Gili Trawangan with excellent value. The beach vibe was amazing, especially enjoying the sunset from our terrace with a cold drink. Bring your coral shoes for a better beach experience.

The staff were friendly and always helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance with services like laundry or transportation. The owner was also very kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice, especially the upstairs area which was perfect for a family with three kids. I loved that there were no walls, only glass separating the master bedroom from the adjacent bedroom with three single beds. The juice bar was a fun treat for my kids while I attended yoga classes. The hotel is located close to the beach on the sunset side of the island, providing amazing views. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so there is no need to travel to the central area for food. prices in this area are higher than in central Gili Trawangan. The availability of yoga classes in the mornings and afternoons was a big plus. And the best part of staying here was the serenity and calmness of the surroundings.

The beach right in front of the property was perfect for snorkeling, allowing us to explore the underwater world with ease. The kids were thrilled to see colorful fish and coral reefs right off the shore. In the evenings, we enjoyed watching breathtaking sunsets together as a family.

For dads, it would be great if the property offered additional recreational activities or a playground specifically designed for children. This would provide more options for the little ones to engage in fun and interactive play, making their stay even more memorable.

Pros of Villa Sunset Beach Bungalows: Incredible location on quiet side of the island - easy bike access to the rest of the island in just 10-15 minutes. Jaw-dropping bathroom and yoga facilities. Super-friendly and helpful manager who goes above and beyond to tailor your stay. Amazing view from the spotless bungalow with AC. Well-maintained property with comfortable bed and mini fridge. Just a 10-minute bike ride away from bars and clubs if you want some nightlife. Highly recommended!

Villa Sunset Beach was very nice value for money. The room had a fine view and was super clean. The location was away from the busy side of the island but still easily accessible. The staff, especially Yoga, were friendly and were really good too make our stay nice.

Villa Sunset Beach is my go-to place in Gili Trawangan. The friendly staff who helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay, makes me keep coming back. Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, fitness centre, beach access, and more amenities make this place perfect for me. See you this Christmas!

Absolute paradise. Gorgeous bungalows with luxurious outdoor bathrooms. Fantastic beach with hammocks and swings. Great juice bar and yoga studio with ocean views. Mindful of the environment with recyclable glasses and refillable amenities. Welcoming staff. A quieter location with easy access to restaurants and snorkeling. Can't wait to return!

We got great value for our money at Villa Sunset Beach! The room was fantastic - tastefully decorated with attention to detail and an open-air bathroom where we showered under the stars. The location was perfect, right by the beach on the sunset side of the island. But the best part was the staff. They were friendly and helpful, making our vacation nice.

Hairdryer didn't work.

The villa's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful local art and special details that added a touch of elegance. The general areas of the property were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like myself. I particularly loved the cozy sun terrace where I could relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the white sandy shores of Gili Trawangan Island.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance with navigating the rocky beach and accessing the water.
